Payment
Online payment via PayPal secures your order slot. The cost of postage (see 'Postage' below) is to mainland UK.
If you prefer to pay by cheque, please drop Keepsake IT an email.
Accuracy of Information Provided
Please ensure that you have checked the accuracy of information for personalisation. Keepsake It cannot be held responsible for inaccurate spellings/dates.
Timescales
Please allow 7 working days for the production of your keepsake gift, before delivery (typically three days but can take up to five days). Each item is hand-crafted and we like to ensure each artwork piece is given the attention is deserves.
Bespoke means variations do occur
Due to the nature of the gifts being produced, the individual elements used to create each piece, may vary slightly. Individual gems and papers are purchased from a variety of sources - we LOVE sourcing the most beautiful supplies and stock does vary.
Since every single one of our gifts is lovingly handmade, the position of gems will vary by piece.
Please be aware that colours from screen to screen do vary.
Health & Safety
WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD - Small parts.
The keepsake gift is not a toy. Please be aware of the small parts within the glass frame.
Postage
Our aim is to keep postage costs to the minimum. We therefore post Royal Mail second class or via courier. Please be aware that all items require a signature on receipt; Keepsake It cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries.
Should you wish to pay the additional fee for first class or special delivery, we can adjust your invoice at the time of ordering.
Your frame is bubblewrapped and placed in a double-layer corrugated box for safe delivery.
Returns
Owing to the nature of the personalised goods, we are unable to offer a refund on goods. If your keepsake item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days where we will rectify the problem.
Data Protection
Your data will not be disclosed to any third party.
Should you wish to opt out of any communication from Keepsake It, please complete the online form under the Contact section and add 'unsubscribe' in the subject header and your email address in the main body of the form.
Keepsake it will take all reasonable effort to protect your personal data. However, we cannot be held responsible for a breach from a third-party.
